Sapaad Cloud Print Agent is essential when you have multiple printers at your location (e.g. kitchen printing, bar printing, and so on). Sapaad Cloud Print is also needed for the Call Center to access remote printing at your location.
To set up Sapaad Cloud Print Agent:
Step 1: Visit Setup > Location Setup.
Step 2: Select the appropriate location.
Step 3: Select Print Settings > Secondary Printers.
Step 4: Click the Add Secondary Printer button, enter the printer name (e.g. Kitchen), and click Add.

Step 6: Once you've downloaded the zip, extract it and click “setup.exe”.
Step 7: Run the application on the POS machine, such as laptop or desktop, that has your network printers installed. You'll get a prompt to enter your location's API key. This is a 32-digit secret API key that allows Sapaad Cloud Print Agent to recognize your location and can be found in Setup > Location Setup > Print Settings > Secondary Printers.
Step 8: For each Secondary Printer listed in Sapaad (e.g. 'Kitchen), assign an actual printer from your POS to Sapaad Cloud Print. For example, simply tell Sapaad Cloud Print which physical printer on your POS is the 'Kitchen' printer.
Step 9: Create a printing rule for the secondary printer. Simply visit Setup > Location Setup >Print Settings and click on the Printing Rules tab. To create a kitchen printer rule for Dine-In orders, scroll to the Dine-In tab. Under 'When a Dine-In Order is made...', select the appropriate Print Template ('Kitchen Slip') and Printer ('Secondary Printer: Kitchen').
If the cloud print agent is running on your POS that has access to the internet, it will automatically send a Kitchen Slip print to your Kitchen printer when you make a dine-in order.
